We love René Redzepi, his pronunciation of “langoustines” is pure joy and the anticipation for the new NOMA restaurant, opening in 2018 is one of the biggest events the food world has waited for since he, well, closed the harborside warehouse which won three Michelin stars and World’s best restaurant four times.

When it was announced that you could pre-book your place to dine at the new restaurant, it sold out in 24 hours and there were 35,000 people put on the waiting list… that’s about a 2 year wait if you think about it. So what would you do to get a place for the open evening? Well, René and his team have teamed up with Omaze to give you a chance to grab a seat at one of the most exclusive events this side of Y2K.
